Comments: After nearly 6 years of constant pain and difficulty walking, I was referred to Dr. Cumbie. He looked at my xray and spotted the problem. After having had a total knee replacement then years later falling and breaking the femur above that knee, it made it necessary to surgically screw a plate from the top of my thigh to just below that knee. After the bone healed I could not comfortably walk because of the constant pain in that knee. Dr. Cumbie saw that a screw was working it's way out of of my artificial knee rubbing against the soft tissue surrounding the knee.
He surgically removed the screw which stopped the constant pain. The quality of my life improved immediately. Thank you Dr. Cumbie, you really made this 75 year old grandmother's life so much better. Now, let's go walking in the park.
